SIGN IN AND VOTE BY OCTOBER 16!

Nearly 90 of your former colleagues have returned their vote for the slate of Directors. You can return your vote after you sign in. Last week all paying members received an email with all you needed to know. You can retrieve the same information any time by clicking the link that asks the web site to send your PIN to the email address we have for you.

Actually, the outcome of the election isn't going to be much of a mystery this time. What we really want is for you to sign in. You might wonder why we have a sign in page? The answer is simple: it is the way we protect your contact information.

If you have time after you sign in, visit the Social section and look at the pictures Paul Schrantz took at the Social, and at last year's First Wednesday get-together.

FIRST WEDNESDAY IN DECEMBER (Dec 6)

Ron Johnson sent the following note: Well folks, it's about that time of the year again. I'm talking about the annual 1st Wednesday in December COMSAT "oldtimers" get-to-gether at Roy's Place(2 E. Diamond Ave [301-948-5548]) in Gaithersburg, MD (6:30ish). [visit the COMARA.org web site for more information] It is a completely unofficial and informal event. Last year we had a great turn out, reminiscing and seeing old friends. Traditionally it's been an event attended by members and spouses of the Microwave Lab at COMSAT Labs but that has expanded over the years, so that all are welcome. An RSVP is requested (but not required).
