Roys Place

Hi everyone! It's approaching that time of the year again: the Annual 1st Wednesday in December COMSAT Old Timers Get-to-gather at Roy's Place. It's a completely informal event starting around 6:30 pm. (Please stake out a seat and order from that table to simplify the ordering and payment of meals.) In the past, this event was for Labs employees, but now its evolved to include all COMSAT Alumni, spouses and anyone who can spell COMSAT.

So, help put he word out to other alumni and use the form at First Wednesday in December so I can get a ballpark number of attendees. Last year we had approximately 50 people. We hope to exceed that this year.

Roys Place 2 East Diamond Ave Gaithersburg, MD 20877 Phone:-301-948-5548 From the south, take I-270 to I-370 and take the MD-355 North exit. From the north, take I-270 to the Quince Orchard/Montgomery Village Ave. exit and go south. The main thing to realize is that E. Diamond Ave and W. Diamond Ave are different streets and are separated by a railroad track. From MD-355 turn onto Summit Ave, then onto E. Diamond Ave and then into Roy's Place parking. View Roys Place map
