From the south, take I-270 to I-370 and take the MD-355 North exit. From the north, take I-270 to the Quince Orchard/Montgomery Village Ave. exit and go south. The main thing to realize is that E. Diamond Ave and W. Diamond Ave are different streets and are separated by a railroad track. From MD-355 turn onto Summit Ave, then onto E. Diamond Ave and then into Roy's Place parking.
