COMARA Night at Strathmore

COMARA will once again attend a National Philharmonic Orchestra concert at Strathmore in its 2008-09 season and have the use of the wonderful VIP Lounge just off the concert hall. Strathmore is the wonderful new concert hall on Rockville Pike at the Grosvenor metro station (free parking!). It's on Saturday, February 28, at 8 p.m.

We will have the use of the Comcast Circles Lounge for our group, both before the concert and at intermission; free snacks, plus a cash bar. Join Us!

Celebrating one of the most popular works of the 20th century, the National Philharmonic presents internationally renowned guitarist Manuel Barrueco whose recording of Joaquín Rodrigo's Concierto de Aranjuez was cited by Classical CD Magazine as the "the best recording" of the work.

Premier tickets will cost $39.20 each before Jan 16. This is a 20% discount off the regular ticket prices, and is a considerable bargain for a top-level symphony concert in the D.C. area at a very attractive venue.
